Our 911 Communication Center receives, processes and manages all emergency calls for the Avoyelles Parish Sheriffs office as well as 9 police departments and 15 fire departments throughout Avoyelles Parish.

All Tele-communicators are trained and manage calls in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

The 911 Addressing Division

Permits must be obtained from Avoyelles Parish Permit Office or City/Town, before coming to 911 Center for address processing.

Addressing permit costs:

New Addresses: $50.00

Existing/ Rental: $25.00

Avoyelles Parish Background Checks: $30.00
