Captain Tim Ryan
Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU) is supervised by Commander Tim Ryan. This Section reviews, files, and maintains Criminal Records, Case Reports and Offense Reports documented and investigated by the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The APSO Evidence Custodian is also under the CIU Section.
The CIU Section also manages Sex Offender Registration.
REPORTS - Cost and how to obtain
Incident/Offense/Crash Report - $12 per report
Requests for reports must be in person, along with proper identification.
Attorneys & Law Firms should submit a request in writing.
Payments for reports can be made by Postal Money Order, Cashier’s Checks, or Credit cards.
