Normand On Monday, July 22, 2024, The Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) responded to a report of a deceased person at a residence on LA Highway 1192 in Marksville LA.  The deceased subject was later identified as 63-year-old Gary P. Normand of Marksville.
