RECOVERY OF STOLEN FIREARMS AND A MISSING WAGON   Several stolen firearms and other items recently taken in the Moncla area have been recovered by the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) Detectives.  The juvenile suspects have been identified and arrests are pending.  All of these victims were happy to get some of their stolen property
